Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, science, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in compliance and/or utility operations, cybersecurity or auditing with at least three years of FERC/NERC experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of NERC regulations affecting PGE Operations.
• Identify and evaluate compliance risks and advise on controls and standards.
• Administer key compliance processes including training and corporate controls.
• Lead and develop the Operational Compliance Group to ensure regulatory alignment.
