Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation industry with direct knowledge of NERC standards.
• Must have experience solving complex regulatory problems independently.
• Must have U.S. work authorization and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the NERC Operations & Planning program.
• Manage compliance systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct internal audits for continuous compliance.
• Train staff on NERC standards.
