Job summary

Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. seeks a senior leader to direct design, implementation, and management of NERC regulatory compliance and information governance programs.

You will oversee training, audit readiness, and ensure adherence to NERC, FERC, and FRCC standards while reporting to the Executive VP Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. The role requires building robust governance frameworks, coordinating regulatory filings, audits, and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering, management or related field required.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in records/data governance, risk management, compliance, accounting or finance, with five+ years in regulatory compliance.
• Must know NERC Reliability Standards and related procedures; stay current with NERC, FERC and FRCC requirements.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating compliance programs and audits.
