PROENERGY is seeking a Manager North American NERC Compliance to implement and continuously improve the company’s NERC Operations & Planning (693) program across assets in the US. The role leads governance, metrics, audits, and regulatory filings to ensure reliable and compliant operations.

The position can be based in Houston, Sedalia, or Kansas City with relocation assistance. Travel up to 20% is required to support audits, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in power generation with NERC 693 experience.
• Strong understanding of regional reliability regulations.
• Ability to solve complex regulatory and operational problems independently.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation, management, and improvement of the NERC 693 program.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee compliance lifecycle activities including evidence, audit readiness, and documentation control.
• Manage compliance systems, databases, workflows, and reporting tools for data accuracy.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and self-certifications.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analyses for compliance issues.
• Conduct internal audits and readiness assessments for ongoing compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison for external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Train plant personnel and operations teams on NERC standards.
