EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC seeks a NERC Compliance Manager to oversee the NERC compliance program for assigned facilities in the Northeast, supporting O&M staff on-site and remotely. The role requires coordinating with the NERC Compliance Director and other corporate resources to ensure ongoing adherence to GO and GOP standards.

The position emphasizes conducting internal audits, developing training, and implementing program improvements in response to evolving NERC reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in group contexts.
• Ability to work with technical personnel (generation operations, protection and control, cyber security).
• Experience in drafting regulatory and/or policy documents.

Responsabilités

• Manage the EthosEnergy NERC program at assigned facilities.
• Support O&M staff remotely and on-site in execution of NERC activities and documentation.
• Review internal compliance controls to identify potential issues.
• Conduct NERC compliance reviews and internal audits of facilities and procedures.
• Assist in development and delivery of NERC training at facilities.
• Interact with regulators (NERC, Regional Entities).
• Support changes to the EthosEnergy NERC program in response to standards updates.
• Identify and manage potential NERC compliance issues at O&M sites.
• Perform other NERC activities as requested by the NERC Director.
