Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and ongoing CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages; modify plan of care as needed.
• Educate patients and families; ensure safe body mechanics and transfers.
• Develop and adjust care plans with outcomes and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with rehab team and supervise PTAs and technicians.
• Document in the CTSCP67-compliant manner and follow regulatory standards.
