Job summary

We Care Daily Clinics is seeking a Dispatcher in Seattle, WA to support transportation coordination for our opioid treatment program. You will relay dispatch information, maintain logs, track drivers, and communicate changes promptly to ensure timely service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure. Weekend rotations may be required, with hourly pay between $26.00 and $32.00 DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4–9 months of vocational/technical training in office practice and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, relay and dispatch transportation information accurately and timely.
• Maintain logs of transmissions, calls, and relevant information.
• Monitor vehicle locations and driver status.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and building security information.
• Communicate delays and route changes due to weather or other factors.
• Prepare reports as instructed for review.
• Occasional weekend/extended hours on rotation.
