Hopelink in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Medicaid clients with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation coordination. This regular full-time, onsite role requires strong communication, a customer service mindset, and adaptability to a call center environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and a strong customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Word and basic software literacy.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing call center environment.
• Experience in a call center is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Arabic or Somali is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and other channels to collect client information.
• Guide clients through eligibility screening and required documents.
• Assist clients in resolving issues and handling complaints.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality as a Service Critical Employee.
• Manage transportation coordination and scheduling as needed.
