Job summary

EBAS Enterprises LLC Series B Transportation Management Group is seeking a Communications Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on coordinating NEMT services, handling high-volume communications, and supporting dispatch operations to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in dispatch or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of dispatch, call center, or high-volume customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Knowledge of the Las Vegas metropolitan area preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, messages, emails, and other communications.
• Communicate clearly with clients, healthcare staff, Transporters, account holders, and internal teams.
• Utilize knowledge of the Las Vegas area to support dispatch decisions.
• Monitor dispatch systems and GPS tracking to manage trips and Transporter locations.
• Maintain accuracy of trip details, reservations, and service activity.
• Create and adjust routes based on pickup/drop-off locations and end-of-shift reconciliation.
