Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant dispatch, call center, or high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, messages, and emails.
• Coordinate communications between clients, healthcare facilities, Transporters, and internal teams.
• Utilize Las Vegas area knowledge to support accurate dispatch decisions.
• Monitor dispatch systems and GPS tracking to manage trips and transporter locations.
• Update reservations and ensure accuracy of all details.
• Escalate coverage gaps and communicate delays or changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with company policies.
