MTC, based in Henderson, NV, seeks a Transporter Administrator to bridge field operations with leadership. You will continue patient transport while supporting scheduling, documentation, and compliance in a fast-growing NEMT operation.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication, and safety-focused skills, with the ability to handle dynamic priorities and collaborate with dispatch and office staff. This is a full-time role in Southern Nevada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsabilités

• Transport patients safely between residences and medical facilities.
• Coordinate scheduling, data entry, and trip verification with dispatch.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate trip documentation.
• Assist leadership with calendar coordination and workflow improvements.
