Transportation Management Group (TMG) seeks a Communications Supervisor to oversee real-time dispatch in a 24/7 NEMT environment at the Las Vegas site. You will balance service demand with driver capacity, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead the communications team during your shift.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years dispatch/lead experience, and proficiency with Samsara GPS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years dispatch experience in NEMT/transport/logistics.
• 1+ year lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch Wheelchair, Stretcher, and Ambulatory trips in real time.
• Monitor dispatch boards and assign trips based on vehicle capability and driver hours.
• Lead and coach dispatchers during shifts; serve as Supervisor on Duty.
• Monitor driver hours to prevent 12-hour rule violations; manage staffing gaps.
• Track OTP and late-trip trends; report operational concerns to leadership.
