Hopelink seeks a NEMT Customer Service Center Assistant in Bellevue, WA for an onsite, full-time role. Responsibilities include data entry, email responses, and tracking contractual deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in a social service or medical setting, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and scheduling systems. Paid training is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to learn various systems.
• Problem solving with creative solutions in diverse situations.
• Experience in social services or medical environments preferred.
• Service Critical Employee with attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determines client eligibility for Medicaid-funded transportation services.
• Schedules transportation requests via email, fax, portal, and other non-phone methods.
• Prepares reports using tools including MS Windows, Excel, PowerBI and scheduling software.
• Completes data-entry tasks in Hopelink Scheduling software.
• Responsible for processing transportation requests in a timely manner.
