Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our NEMT team. You will handle inbound calls from members nationwide, scheduling transportation to medical appointments, and updating reservations from a home office in Kansas.

No healthcare or transportation experience is required; training is provided. You must reside in Kansas and be dependable, with strong computer skills and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Must currently live in the state of Kansas.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Reliable internet connection is required.
• Ability to work from a secure, quiet home workspace.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Help members schedule transportation to medical appointments.
• Make changes to existing transportation reservations.
• Process ride cancellations and updates.
• Verify member and trip information.
• Enter accurate information into computer systems.
• Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Follow established procedures, client requirements, and compliance standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
