Job summary

Hopelink in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Contract Specialist for its NEMT program. The role is hybrid, requiring frequent travel within King and Snohomish Counties, with training periods more onsite.

Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in transportation with contractual compliance knowledge.
• One year or more of experience building relationships with employees, contractors, and external agencies.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Collaborative and team player.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and solve problems creatively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with paratransit, DOT, and ADA regulations preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto liability insurance required.
• Willingness to travel throughout King and Snohomish Counties.
• Service Critical Employee with attendance requirements.
• Must manage transportation needs in adverse weather; regular attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across Brokerage to improve service for clients and relationships with providers and facilities.
• Provide real-time monitoring and evaluation of subcontracted providers’ performance and compliance.
• Measure partner performance and develop improvement plans; conduct onsite training.
• Serve as a liaison among Hopelink, partners, and medical facilities to address issues.
• Expand program impact through outreach in King County.
• Plan and present at quarterly partner meetings on KPIs, policy updates, and outcomes.
• Travel throughout King and Snohomish Counties; mileage reimbursed.
