Work Schedule:Hybrid schedule Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with some flexibility. Typically, 75% onsite and 25% remote. More onsite time may be required during training or based on business need. This position requires frequent travel within King and Snohomish Counties.

The career opportunity: The Non‑Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Contract Specialist works with Hopelink Transportation Brokerage service partners (transportation contractors) as a liaison and compliance monitor. The Contract Specialist is responsible for monitoring and auditing the service of our contracted service providers’ performance to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective transportation of clients. This position also works independently to facilitate the relationships between Hopelink and medical facilities; monitoring service, contractual compliance, evaluating effectiveness, troubleshooting issues and educating facility staff on the NEMT program. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, resourceful, exercise sound judgment, and possess a passion for limiting barriers to healthcare access.
