Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Austin to open a new market. You will recruit 24 founding captains, validate venues, fill gyms, and run the launch season, becoming the city’s face for Brodie.

Expect a community-first role with sales and growth elements, evenings/weekends required, and close collaboration with operations, growth, brand, and people teams. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission awaits.

Qualifications

• Live in the neighbourhood where Brodie League is launching.
• Existing network in the local basketball community (coaches, trainers, gym staff).
• Active playing in a rec league or recent participation shows credibility in the culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a minimum of 24 founding captains per league and secure venues.
• Lead open runs, rec leagues, and events to fill the gym.
• Own growth, revenue, and community in the market.
• Build the local demand story and manage CRM for forecasting.
