Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians in delivering nondestructive testing services at client sites. This role is a stepping stone into asset integrity and inspection careers, emphasizing safety, support, and operational excellence.

The position involves assisting with inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT), handling materials and tools, and following strict safety protocols. Travel may be required to various industries including oil & gas and power.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current TWIC and/or other site access credentials preferred or required.
• OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certifications preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing assignments.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing where applicable.
• Travel to client sites and transport equipment as needed; maintain safety and inventory controls.
• Complete field reports and documentation as directed; adhere to site protocols and TEAM safety rules.
