Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a RN educator to support Bay Area nursing campuses (Concord, South San Francisco, Hayward) with licensure initiatives and NCLEX preparation. The role involves KPI-driven student support, ATI program leadership, and on-site collaboration.

You will analyze PowerBI dashboards, coordinate with Nursing Administration, and mentor ATI Champion representatives while supporting faculty and online teaching resources.

Qualifications

• RN licensure current and unencumbered.
• Master's degree in nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring and coaching students; strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with distance technologies and LMS.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice and exam prep methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure licensure initiatives are implemented across VNPN and RN programs with NCLEX prep alignment.
• Engage students with licensure programs and align with KPI.
• Participate in orientation and onboarding activities across student lifecycle.
• Attend and contribute to At-Risk meetings to support exam prep for students.
• Lead ATI initiatives: scheduling live reviews, VATI, Capstone, and seminars.
• Monitor and analyze PowerBI dashboards; coordinate with faculty on follow-up actions.
