Unitek Learning is seeking an NCLEX Success Specialist to support nursing students across Sacramento and Reno campuses. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid work model are required as you guide licensure initiatives and NCLEX preparation.

You will monitor performance dashboards in PowerBI, collaborate with faculty and leadership, and mentor students and ATI Champion representatives through the nursing program lifecycle, including on-site engagement up to five days per week.

Formación

• Active RN licensure and current nursing knowledge.
• Master’s degree in nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
• Experience with NCLEX prep and student mentoring is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support for nursing students through and after the program to prepare for NCLEX.
• Lead licensure initiatives across VNPN and RN programs and track KPI alignment.
• Monitor PowerBI dashboards and collaborate with faculty to plan follow-up actions.
