Zusammenfassung

Unitek Learning seeks a Nursing Education Specialist to support BSN/MPEN/VNPN students across San Jose and Fremont campuses. You will focus on NCLEX readiness, data-driven improvement, and campus collaboration to enhance student success, retention, and licensure outcomes.

The role requires on-site collaboration up to five days weekly, with strong mentoring, teaching, and licensure program coordination. Bachelor’s- or higher-level nursing credentials are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered RN licensure.
• Master’s degree in nursing required; Terminal degree in Nursing (PhD, DNP, EdD) preferred.
• Minimum of one year NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring and coaching students; strong written and verbal communication; LMS experience.

Aufgaben

• Support NCLEX licensure initiatives across VNPN/RN programs and NCLEX readiness.
• Lead or participate in student orientation and lifecycle planning with campus leadership.
• Coordinate ATI resources and NCLEX readiness strategies with faculty and ATI partners.
• Monitor and analyze NCLEX-related data to drive improvement and student success.
• Maintain up‑to‑date on-site presence up to 5 days per week for direct student support.
