Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes to lead NCLEX readiness across all prelicensure nursing locations. The role designs a centralized framework, standardizes analytics and remediation, and collaborates with campus leadership to meet licensure standards.

The position requires availability across time zones for virtual meetings and cross-location coordination, driving data-driven improvements and accountability for NCLEX outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years supporting NCLEX outcomes in a college/university setting.
• Experience with predictive analytics, remediation design, and outcomes reporting.
• Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized NCLEX readiness framework across all Herzing prelicensure nursing locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols across locations.
• Coordinate with campus nursing directors, program chairs, and faculty to align curriculum and testing cadence with the centralized framework.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students or cohorts.
• Own collection, validation, and analysis of NCLEX pass rate data and analytics across locations.
