Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes to provide centralized, university-wide leadership for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN readiness across all prelicensure nursing locations. The role designs and standardizes an NCLEX readiness process, strengthening analytics, remediation, and licensure outcomes to meet state boards and accreditation.

Qualifications

MSN required; Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
Active RN license in good standing.
3–5 years NCLEX outcomes experience in a college/university setting.
Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program (ADN or BSN).
Experience across multiple campuses or a multi-location academic system; familiarity with ACEN/CCNE reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a centralized, evidence-based NCLEX readiness framework across Herzing prelicensure locations.
Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols across locations.
Partner with campus nursing leaders to align curriculum, testing cadence, and remediation with the centralized framework.
Establish and monitor readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
Own centralized data collection, validation, and analysis of NCLEX pass-rate data and related outcomes reporting across locations.
