Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes to provide centralized leadership for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN readiness across all prelicensure nursing locations. This role standardizes analytics, remediation, and outcomes reporting to meet state board and accreditation expectations.

The position requires availability across time zones to coordinate with campus teams and to attend virtual meetings, with a focus on improving NCLEX pass rates and ensuring consistent, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years supporting NCLEX outcomes in a college/university.
• Proven track record improving NCLEX pass rates with predictive analytics.
• Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program.
• Experience across multiple campuses or multi-location academic system preferred.
• Familiarity with ACEN or CCNE and state board reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized NCLEX readiness framework applied across all Herzing locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Align curriculum, testing cadence, and remediation with the centralized framework.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
• Own data collection, validation, and analysis of NCLEX pass rates and outcomes.
• Build dashboards to show readiness trends by location and cohort.
• Provide regular reports to the Dean of Prelicensure Nursing and support board reporting.
• Coordinate location-based NCLEX readiness staff and communities of practice.
• Lead governance on licensure outcomes and keep guidance updated.
