Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes to provide university-wide leadership for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN readiness across prelicensure nursing locations. The role designs a standardized readiness framework, drives predictive analytics, and oversees remediation and outcomes reporting to meet licensure and accreditation expectations.

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years of NCLEX-related experience in a college/university setting.
• Experience with predictive analytics, remediation design, and outcomes reporting.
• Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program and across multiple campuses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized NCLEX readiness framework across all Herzing prelicensure locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to align curriculum and testing cadence with the framework.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
