Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Director of Nursing Outcomes to lead NCLEX readiness across prelicensure nursing locations. The role standardizes analytics, remediation, and readiness practices to meet state board and accreditation expectations.

The position requires collaboration across campuses, with availability across time zones, and a focus on predictive analytics, outcomes reporting, and governance to sustain high NCLEX pass rates.

Qualifications

• MSN required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 3–5 years experience supporting or achieving NCLEX outcomes at the prelicensure level in higher education.
• Experience with predictive analytics, remediation design, and outcomes reporting.
• Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program.
• Experience working across multiple campuses or a multi-location system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized, evidence-based NCLEX readiness framework across Herzing locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Partner with campus directors and faculty to align curricula and remediation with the framework.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
