Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes (NCLEX Readiness) to lead NCLEX-RN/PN readiness across all prelicensure nursing locations. This role designs a centralized framework, standardizes predictive analytics, remediation, and licensure outcomes reporting to meet board and accreditation expectations.

The position requires collaboration across campuses, time-zone coordination, and oversight of dashboards, at-risk cohorts, and continuous improvement aligned with ACEN/CCNE standards.

Qualifications

• MSN is required; Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years of NCLEX outcomes support in a college/university setting.
• Experience with predictive analytics, remediation design, and outcomes reporting.
• Experience teaching in prelicensure nursing programs.
• Familiarity with ACEN or CCNE and state board reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized, evidence-based NCLEX readiness framework across all Herzing prelicensure nursing locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols across locations.
• Collaborate with campus nursing directors, program chairs, and faculty to align curriculum, testing cadence, and remediation with the centralized framework.
• Establish and monitor readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
