Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• 3–5 years of NCLEX-focused experience in a college/university setting.
• Experience teaching in a prelicensure nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Experience working across multiple campuses or multi-location systems preferred.
• Familiarity with ACEN or CCNE accreditation and state board reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized NCLEX readiness framework across all Herzing prelicensure nursing locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Collaborate with campus nursing directors, program chairs, and faculty to align curriculum and testing cadence with the centralized framework.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
