Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Nursing Outcomes to lead NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN readiness across its prelicensure nursing locations. You will design a centralized framework, drive predictive analytics, and coordinate remediation and data reporting to meet state board and accreditation expectations.

The role requires collaboration with campus teams, availability across time zones, and oversight of dashboards and outcome metrics university-wide to improve licensure results.

Qualifications

• MSN required; Doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years experience supporting NCLEX outcomes in a college/university setting.
• Experience with predictive analytics, remediation design, and outcomes reporting.
• Experience teaching in prelicensure nursing programs.
• Multi-campus or multi-location experience preferred.
• Familiar with ACEN/CCNE and state board reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain centralized NCLEX readiness framework across locations.
• Standardize predictive analytics, benchmark exams, and remediation protocols.
• Collaborate with campus directors, chairs, and faculty to align curricula and testing with framework.
• Establish readiness benchmarks and early-warning indicators for at-risk students.
• Own centralized NCLEX pass rate data collection, validation, and analysis across locations.
• Build dashboards and reports with BI to show readiness trends by location, cohort and program.
• Provide regular outcome reports to the Dean of Prelicensure Nursing; identify risks and actions.
• Support NCLEX data for state boards and accreditation reporting.
