Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an NC3 Acquisition Program Analyst to provide onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of DoD acquisition experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. The analyst will evaluate indications and warnings for NC3, integrate portfolios, and coordinate with DoD sponsors and leadership.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years experience with DoW acquisition process (PPBE, DoDI 5000.02).
Experience with capability portfolio management.
Ability to synthesize information into papers, briefings, and presentations for senior DoW leaders.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership evaluating and integrating indications and warning and situation monitoring for NC3 programs.
Support liaison with program sponsors and DoW NC3 leadership.
Ensure timely execution of tasks and quality of technical products using best engineering practices.
Apply understanding of NC3 capabilities and limitations in operations and investments.
Prepare briefing books, read-ahead memos, and concise communications for senior leaders.
