Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service seeks a Program Analyst (NH-0343-03) at USSTRATCOM/NEC in Ft. Meade, MD. You will lead program analysis for NC3 engineering projects, evaluate issues, and develop practical recommendations to support policy and resource decisions.

The role requires work on complex deterrence and command/control programs, with DHA status and potential relocation incentives. Security clearances and compliance duties are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contracting system, processes, and guidance relevant to Combatant Commands and DoD/Service programming.
• Expert knowledge of strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, cyberspace, and related intelligence.
• Experience with planning, budgeting, and assessment within major programs and PPBE/JCIDS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead program analyst and lead action officer in NC3 Enterprise Center, SE&I Division.
• Analyze issues, develop recommendations, and determine policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Apply program experience to establish and maintain NC3 engineering projects and resolve problems.
