Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Senior NC2/NC3 Program Analyst to support the Strategic Systems Analysis Group.

You will lead analyses advancing NC2/NC3 modernization, coordinate with USSTRATCOM and DoW stakeholders, and produce end-to-end decision-support briefings. The role requires TS clearance, NC2-ESI eligibility, and 15+ years of relevant experience, along with onsite work at Offutt AFB.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and NC2-ESI eligibility.
• Full-time onsite at Offutt Air Force Base.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 15+ years in DoW/NC2/NC3 or related missions.
• Ability to lead complex analyses and brief senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating with USSTRATCOM, Combatant Commands, and DoW partners.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead analytical teams.
