Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a NC2/NC3 Senior Technical Analyst at USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE, to deliver advanced technical analyses across modernization efforts and provide senior‑level briefings to inform decision‑making.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and 15 years of related experience. The analyst will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multiple DoD entities, and ensure all products meet mission, technical, and security standards while supporting

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
15 years of progressive NC2/NC3/C3 modernization, systems engineering, mission analysis, OR related technical fields.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical analyses for NC2/NC3 modernization efforts and produce clear, rigorous reports and senior‑level briefings.
Coordinate with USSTRATCOM directorates, Combatant Commands, and partner organizations to integrate analyses into modernization planning.
Mentor junior team members and ensure analytical products meet mission, technical, and security standards.
Support enterprise modernization initiatives and ensure effective decision‑making through high‑quality deliverables.
