Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis (SPA) seeks an Enterprise Cybersecurity and AI Systems Architect at HQ USSTRATCOM in Offutt AFB, NE onsite to support NC3 modernization and defensive AI evaluation.

The role requires TS clearance, US citizenship, and 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering, AI, and information systems; you will lead cross-functional teams with USSTRATCOM and other agencies to advance frontier AI workflows and secure NC3 capabilities.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility; NC2-ESI, NATO, SAR eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or Master’s Certificate).
• 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering, AI, and information systems/network security for DoD IT programs.
• Background in NC2/NC3 operations and joint military capabilities.
• Available to work full-time at USSTRATCOM HQ and iREACH/REACH facilities.
• Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA SecurityX, CCSP, or FITSP-O.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity engineering and architecture support for NC3 modernization and RDT&E activities.
• Coordinate with external NC3 stakeholders and leadership for enterprise integration.
• Develop and evaluate Frontier AI and Agentic AI models for defensive cyberspace use cases.
• Provide guidance for NC3 cryptography, cyber pilots, and future cyber capabilities.
• Evaluate cybersecurity policies for accelerated NC3 modernization.
