Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Enterprise Cybersecurity and AI Systems Architect to support NC3 modernization and future capabilities at HQ USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE.

The role demands deep cyber architecture experience and leadership to guide cross‑functional teams across defense programs. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity and AI, a TS/SCI with NC2-ESI eligibility, and certifications such as CCNA or CISSP.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI eligibility and program access on day one.
• Minimum a decade in cybersecurity engineering, AI, and information security.
• Experience with NC2/NC3 operations and national security cybersecurity.
• Willingness to work full-time at USSTRATCOM HQ / iREACH/REACH facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity engineering and architecture support for NC3 enterprise modernization.
• Lead cross-functional teams aligning NC3 cyber capabilities with leadership directions.
• Advise on frontier AI workflows and defensive AI implementations.
• Develop cryptography, cyber pilots, and architecture designs for NC3 electrified systems.
• Prepare briefings for DoD/USSTRATCOM leadership and assist in policy decisions.
• Coordinate with USCYBERCOM, NSA, and other agencies on enterprise cyberspace programs.
• Deliver risk-reduction and resilience across personnel, hardware, and software domains.
