Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Enterprise Cybersecurity and AI Systems Architect to support NC3 modernization at HQ USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE. You will work on frontier AI workflows, defense against cyber threats, and alignment with multiple stakeholders across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field (or Master’s Certificate in AI/ML or CS/Engineering).
• At least 10 years of combined experience in cybersecurity engineering, AI, and information systems/network security.
• Background/knowledge in NC2/NC3 operations and related doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity engineering and architecture support for NC3 enterprise modernization and RDT&E activities.
• Coordinate with NC3 enterprise stakeholders and align enterprise integration activities with leadership directions.
• Provide expertise in Frontier AI and Agentic AI workflow models for defensive cyberspace security applications.
• Advise on NC3 cryptography, cyber pilots, and prototypes, and future cyber capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive NC3 enterprise cyberspace modernization across agencies.
• Prepare and translate complex cyber issues for Congressional, National, DoW, OSW, JCS, and Service meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
