The role combines program management, QA, and direct technical production, including creating interactive training with HTML5, XML, and JavaScript, and ensuring SCORM-compliant delivery for LMS integration.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Experience managing technical, multimedia, software development, instructional technology, or related projects.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, XML, and JavaScript.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust access; on-site in Virginia Beach.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution, scheduling, workload coordination, and delivery activities.
• Serve as on-site liaison with Government TPOC and customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements, priorities, schedules, technical issues, and deliverables.
• Perform QA and technical reviews of curriculum, multimedia, and software before delivery.
• Develop and maintain interactive training solutions using HTML5/XML/JavaScript.
• Support LMS integration and SCORM-compliant training product delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and quality records.
