GovCIO is currently hiring for a Training Specialist/Instructional Developer to support the analysis, design, and development of U.S. Navy training products.

This position will be located in Pensacola, FL, and will be a fully remote position. You will lead front-end instructional design activities with Government SMEs to transform technical information into structured instructional content, develop learning objectives, scripts, and storyboards, and coordinate with multimedia developers to ensure

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Secret.
• Instructional systems design or training development experience.
• Ability to develop measurable learning objectives.
• Experience collaborating with technical SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end instructional design activities.
• Develop learning objectives, scripts, and storyboards.
• Coordinate with multimedia developers to meet NAVEDTRA standards.
• Validate technical accuracy with Government SMEs.
• Maintain traceability of requirements, objectives, and assessments.
