Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Navy Training Analyst to support PMS 339 Surface Training Systems. You will develop manpower and training requirements, draft NTSP/FEA documents, and brief senior leadership while coordinating with program offices, ships, and centers.

Role requires ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, 2 years of related experience, and strong writing/presentation skills. Travel up to 10% and MS Office proficiency are essential.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Associate’s degree.
• Educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 3 years applicable work experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently and attend meetings and briefings on the Program Manager's behalf.
• Develop briefs and recommendations to government senior-level staff and lead and/or participate in working groups, program development forums, IPTs, training, education and other forums as required to accomplish contract requirements.
• Provide manpower and training support to various new construction and modernization programs and manage the workload and status of all relative products.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in NTSPs Manpower analysis and Shipboard System Ship Change/Alteration Training Requirements and Certification Review.
• Develop NTSP and Front-End Analysis (FEA) training documentation in accordance with applicable instructions and PMS 339 direction.
• Research NTSPs and discuss with Points of Contact to resolve Manpower, Personnel, and Training issues to identify and document training solutions.
• Create, draft, and review action Item trackers, and Manpower Personnel Training (MPT) product status reports.
• Interface with multiple afloat/ashore activities and stakeholders to discuss and brief status and way forward.
