Job summary

Serco is seeking a Navy Training Analyst to support PMS 339 Surface Training Systems at the Washington Navy Yard. You will provide analytic and administrative support, develop manpower and training requirements, and coordinate with government staff and IPTs to enable Ready Relevant Learning initiatives.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree, 2 years of relevant experience, strong writing/presentation skills, and the ability to travel 10%.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Associate’s degree and related credentials.
• 2 years of relevant work experience may be substituted with more education.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop briefs and recommendations for government senior staff.
• Lead or participate in working groups, IPTs, and training forums.
• Provide manpower and training support for construction and modernization programs.
• Provide SME in NTSPs, manpower analysis, and training requirements.
• Research NTSPs and Navy training documentation to resolve issues.
• Create and review action item trackers and MPT reports.
• Interface with multiple program offices and centers to discuss status and forward planning.
