Job summary

Shield AI seeks a driven Navy Territory Manager to drive growth across the U.S. Navy enterprise by delivering autonomous systems that solve real operational challenges.

You’ll own the Navy pipeline, from early engagement through contract award, and partner with Navy stakeholders to convert needs into funded procurement. You will lead the full sales cycle, maintain forecast accuracy, and travel up to 50% to Navy installations, fleet locations, and program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to independently build pipeline and close deals in government sales.
• Familiarity with Navy program offices, systems commands, or operational units.

Responsibilities

• Own Navy go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline, opportunities, and bookings across Shield AI’s portfolio.
• Manage Navy bookings target, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and closed bookings.
• Translate Navy operational needs into funded procurement opportunities for Shield AI capabilities.
• Develop trusted relationships with Navy program managers and acquisition stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, program management, and capture resources to support execution.
