Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Program Manager to support our Navy customer on the AN/USQ-82(V) program, a family of shipboard networks enabling data and message transfer on USN ships and FMS platforms.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain), a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/business, and 10 years of PM experience (7+ in DoD/DoN). Hybrid work is available, with in-person/DC-area meetings at the Washington Navy Yard.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
• 10 years of technical program management experience, 7+ in the DoD/DoN space.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Program Manager for the AN/USQ-82(V) program across the DDG 51 Class, LHA Class, Aegis Ashore, and FMS.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance for all contract efforts.
• Resource planning and staffing actions for the contract.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Government customer.
• Brief program status including financial updates, technical status, and future planning.
