Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) seeks a Program Analyst to support Navy technical programs through planning, management, and coordination of projects, resources, and schedules. You will work closely with Project Leads to maintain program plans, schedules, and tracking artifacts.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 1–2 years of admin experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will contribute to documentation, scheduling, training materials, and data analysis in a team-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance required.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support.
• Records Management experience preferred.
• Navy Ship Change Documents knowledge preferred.
• Experience installing software for Windows operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Project Leads or Program Leads.
• Develop and maintain tracking sheets, PO tracking, material tracking, and advisories tracking.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project plans/schedules.
• Track weekly team action items.
• Assist with onsite shipboard support schedules and travel schedules.
• Provide configuration management support using Shared Drives or SharePoint.
• Assist with development and updating of technical training materials and presentations.
• Provide analysis support.
