Job summary

Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
- Navy electronics or IT experience with shipboard systems IBS/IBNS/VMS/SPCS.
- Seven years as Electronics Technician including leadership roles.
- Experience with electrical schematics and diagnosis using test equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
Responsibilities
- Witness/support/conduct pre-testing, installation, SOVT, and INCO on VMS and SPCS.
- Ensure application software operates correctly.
- Inspect/verify equipment installation and testing of system upgrades/revisions.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of Windows-based hardware/software and network connectivity.
- Provide waterfront liaison status and feedback on shipboard issues.
- Review and use Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), Liaison Action Requests (LARs), Test Procedures, and POAMs.
- Coordinate and support progress meetings for projects and repairs.
