Job summary

GreenXT in Washington is looking for a skilled Deputy Program Manager to assist with Navy contracts. Responsibilities include managing contract matters, stakeholder communication, and overseeing program budgets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DOD/Navy acquisition and a strong grasp of project management principles. A valid DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance required.
• Experience communicating with Senior Level executives.
• Navy contract management experience preferred.

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist, and act on behalf of, the prime contract program manager managing a Navy Program Office contract
• Assist in all contractual matters including financial management, personnel management, stakeholder management and communication, risk and quality management, deliverable management, and internal and external reporting
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements
• Manage program changes
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders
• Manage sub‑contractor relationship
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings
• Reviews of Contract Data Requirements, technical/status reports and invoices
• Review status reports and invoices
• Provide weekly status report and KPI’s

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position

Education & Experience Requirements

• 15 years of experience in DOD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with Senior Level executives such as those in the Senior Executive Service
• Navy contract management experience preferred
