Job summary

Herdt Consulting, Inc. seeks a Migration Partner to lead mission-critical migration projects for Navy Fleet Support. The role involves applying advanced technical skills, directing small teams, and ensuring on-site quality control to satisfy DoD requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in migration or systems implementation, a four-year degree, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain an appropriate clearance. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available in the US.

Qualifications

Three+ years of migration support or systems implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree required; ability to obtain DoD clearance.
US citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a favorable government clearance.

Responsibilities

Solution Implementation: Independently apply advanced technical expertise to implement mission-critical business solutions.
Team Leadership: Direct and mentor small teams to ensure milestones are met and standards are maintained.
Quality Control: Perform on-site assessments to verify migration activities meet Navy Fleet Support requirements.
Technical Consultation: Develop customizable migration plans tailored to fleet needs.
Project Oversight: Ensure all solutions are technically sound and comply with Navy standards.
