Job summary

OLH Inc. seeks a seasoned SAP data migration leader to own and govern enterprise migration workstreams, spanning greenfield S/4HANA programs and multiple source systems. You will advise on architecture, coordinate across SI teams, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout extraction, transformation, and load.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, daily coordination, and clear communication with program leadership to drive timely go-live readiness and post‑go-live support.

Qualifications

• MS degree and 20+ years leading enterprise SAP data migration workstreams, with multiple S/4HANA programs delivered end-to-end.
• Experience leading data workstreams inside a major SI and then client-side advisory work.
• Deep hands-on experience migrating from non-SAP sources into SAP and across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, HR/HCM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client-side authority on SAP data migration and challenge SI approaches.
• Advise on migration architecture for S/4HANA from non-SAP sources.
• Own day-to-day data workstream coordination and drive plan delivery.
• Coordinate with data owners and SI teams; track deliverables and resolve delays.
• Ensure data cleansing standards meet quality thresholds and regulatory needs.
• Prepare data readiness inputs for go/no-go decisions and support go-live hyper care.
