Job summary

Coastal International Security, Inc. seeks a senior Solutions Architect 4 to lead SAP data migration for LANL's S/4HANA modernization. You will own the client-side data workstream, coordinate with the SI, and set data quality and go-live readiness standards.

The role requires 15+ years in SAP data migration, 4 full lifecycle S/4HANA programs, and experience migrating from non-SAP sources. Strong stakeholder communication is essential for executive and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise SAP data migration workstreams.
• 4+ full lifecycle S/4HANA programs delivered end to end.
• Experience from inside a System Integrator to client-side advisory.
• Migrate from non-SAP sources into SAP (Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Knowledge of S/4HANA data models, universal journal, and data governance.
• Experience with regulated compliance frameworks and data migration controls.
• Ability to communicate with executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Oversight: act as client side senior authority on SAP data migration and challenge SI approaches when appropriate.
• Hands-on Coordination & Delivery: coordinate day-to-day data workstream across domains and track deliverables.
• Data Quality & Reconciliation: set cleansing standards and supervise mock load cycles and reconciliation.
• Governance & Cutover: maintain data migration cutover plan and support go-live readiness and hypercare.
