Qualifications

• More than one year of relevant shipping, receiving, warehouse, supply, or logistics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Navy or DoD shipping and receiving operations.
• Experience using Navy ERP or another material tracking system.
• Familiarity with military packaging, marking and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming material against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify and report shipment damage, shortages, or mislabeling.
• Record material receipts and maintain Navy ERP receiving records.
• Prepare shipping documents, manifests, packing lists and labels.
• Coordinate shipment preparation, pickups, and deliveries.
• Verify outgoing material against shipping documents and inspect packaging.
