Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks Shipping/Receiving Clerks to support Navy Property Management and Logistics services at Crane, IN. Responsibilities include inspecting inbound material, maintaining Navy ERP records, and coordinating shipments.

A Secret clearance is required along with over a year of shipping or logistics experience. The role entails handling packing lists, bills of lading, and DD forms, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• More than one year of relevant shipping, receiving, warehouse, supply, or logistics experience.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to verify material against shipping and receiving documents and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming material against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other supporting documents to verify item identification, quantity, and condition.
• Record material receipts and maintain accurate receiving records in Navy ERP.
• Coordinate shipment preparation, scheduled pickups, and deliveries.
• Track shipment status, assist with resolving misrouted shipments, and maintain monthly logs of incoming and outgoing shipping documents.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, manifests, packing lists, labels, and material movement records.
